Create lasting impact from day one — for your staff, your pupils, and your whole community.
At Mental Health in Education (MHIE), we believe that mental health and wellbeing are the foundation for a thriving school environment - and that support should extend to everyone in the community: pupils, teachers, support staff, and leaders alike.
We understand that the challenges facing schools and colleges today are complex and evolving. Staff are under increasing pressure. Pupils are navigating a changing world. And support teams are often stretched. That’s why we take a whole-school approach - recognising that lasting change happens when the entire school community is equipped, empowered, and engaged in creating a mentally healthy culture.
Whether you're building your strategy from the ground up or enhancing existing provision, we’ll work with you to design a bespoke approach that reflects your school’s unique needs and values.
Our services span from accredited Youth Mental Health First Aid training to leadership coaching, teacher wellbeing programmes, and emotional literacy tools for the classroom.
